Maester AI provides a conversational AI chatbot powered by large language models (LLMs) that helps companies analyze business performance. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. By selecting a paid service, you agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the payment terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase. Maester AI reserves the right to modify its fees at any time.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Maester AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Maester AI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
